SONA (System Overview Network Assistance) is a digital assistance system for the control center of the future. Based on research and interviews with over 16 professionals from emergency control centers, fire departments, and technical relief organizations, SONA combines currently disconnected information sources into one platform. The system structures incoming data in real time, supports precise location and 3D access-route identification, integrates relevant medical information, and improves coordination between call takers, dispatchers, and first responders.Artificial intelligence acts as an assistant, helping prioritize information, accelerate workflows, and reduce cognitive load while keeping human expertise at the center.
