Description

The work examines the cyclical as a formal and existential structure. Each step forward is at the same time a step backward; progress and repetition are inextricably intertwined.

Through the deconstruction and recontextualization of conventional shoes, the shoe becomes a metaphor for the Myth of Sisyphus as interpreted by Albert Camus.

Between the rebellion against the absurd and the hour of consciousness, the shoe materializes that moment of confrontation whose permanent recurrence forms the central motif of the work.
