Female, furious, impactful – strategic navigation between static and dynamic forces.
What do female design students need to create their own space for action and influence within a framework shaped by institutional, structural, and social forces and dynamics – such as the university environment – and to navigate their own academic and career paths independently and with a sense of self-efficacy?
TEACH HER: combines holistic strategies in text and tool while taking into account diverse life realities, embodying empowerment, and emphasizing the foundation of autonomy and future-readiness.
The project is based on research and workshop results and follows a holistic approach by considering real humans and their emotions. It benefits from authenticity and feminist views to make a difference and empower female designers to take a leap and teach themselves what nobody else does: being in control and using all resources given to become their own TEACHHER.
