Description
RADIA explores the influence of natural light behaviour on human health and well-being, transferring these principles to dynamic indoor lighting. The aim was to develop an analogue lighting object that is both visually and functionally aligned with the natural course of the day. Instead of static light, the wall lamp creates a dynamic lighting atmosphere that supports the circadian rhythm.
Light should be dynamic, not static!
Based on scientific findings and inspired by the sun’s path and characteristics of the window, an object was created that makes light experienceable as a living element. Rotatable controls allow interactive adjustment of light colour, brightness and focus.
RADIA is an interactive wall lamp that serves as a link between the user’s emotions and the lighting situation.
