Description

The “Intercultural Calendar 2026” includes the festivals of the five world religions as well as holidays and days of remembrance that are significant for people and communities in our diverse society. The design puts cultural equality and content diversity first, unlike conventional tabular wall calendars.

The calendar was designed as a circle, the shape that stands for equality and is predetermined by the sun and moon. Its leporello fold can be fanned out on both sides into these two systems of order. The folding structure follows the rhythm of day and night and enables the correct representation of the beginnings of holidays.

Every day it creates more awareness that we all live on the same planet and share time together.
