Exzess

Description

‘777 – A Glossary of Excess’ is a subjective exploration of excess, transgression, and overwhelm. In an excessive process, I collected 777 words that reflect societal or personal extremes. Each word was interpreted visually or sonically.
The audiovisual exhibition uses 8 screens, rapid sequences, and intense design to make abundance, stress, and loss of control tangible. Accompanying the exhibition is an overloaded newspaper in which the complete glossary is written down, visually embodying excess as well.
