The craft trade has an image problem: prejudices, stigmata and barriers continue to shape perception, especially among young people in career orientation.

“Zukunftsvision: Handwerk” addresses precisely this issue and invites 13- to 20-year-olds to an interactive experience that opens up new perspectives. Analog and digital modules lead to a personal vision board that links values, skills and desires with suitable craft professions. Hands-on stations promote active discovery, while immersive interactions address individual questions and visions of the future. In this way, the diversity of the craft trade becomes visible – modern, surprising and inspiring. Career orientation becomes something that can be experienced, young people recognize new opportunities and see a real future perspective in the craft trade. At the same time, the craft trade gains visibility and attractiveness – with the potential to inspire new generations.
