Description

Schools don’t have a software problem. They have a systems problem. A concept for bringing fragmented infrastructure together.

I investigated how administrative, organizational, and communication processes in schools can be made more efficient through a central digital platform. The goal was not to design a new tool from scratch, but to understand the existing system deeply enough to identify where it breaks down – mapping processes, dependencies, and data flows across all stakeholders to develop a concept for a coherent school system as a whole, with connectED as its centrepiece: a platform that doesn’t replace what exists, but acts as a connective hub that brings it together.
