Description

A former office building in Berlin Mitte is being transformed into a newly designed living and working space. Since not the entire building is suitable for housing, a portion will be retained as office space. This creates a hybrid construction of living, working, and communities. Flexible floor plans and modular bathroom and kitchen cores enable simple adaptations with minimal intervention. Functionally accessible community spaces, workshops, and roof terraces promote exchange and encounters.
