Welders are exposed to health risks from toxic welding fumes and poor air quality at work. Existing protective systems often restrict freedom of movement and are uncomfortable. For this reason, the VENTO Plus protective equipment was developed, which combines effective respiratory protection with comfort, freedom of movement, and high quality of work.

A filter unit cleans the ambient air from particles and gases. Via hoses, the filtered air reaches nozzles that guide fresh air into the helmet and remove welding smoke. The helmet has a flip-up visor for quick switching between welding and grinding work. A vest carries the technical components and ensures balanced weight distribution and carrying comfort.
