Support areas and an ear-canal-free wearing concept were developed from ear data, 1:1 3D scans, prototypes, and interviews, and evaluated in user tests as well as medically. Haptic operation without visual control and replaceable eartips increase comfort. This creates a reliable therapy routine suitable for everyday use: VagaKey does not rely on more willpower, but on a design that facilitates correct and regular use.
