Description

The project ‘TAG – Table Tools’ aims to promote the social community of eating together through its design and collective use. The tool, created in collaboration with Mono, aims to make eating together a conscious and enriching social experience that focuses equally on community and individual needs.  The sometimes formal, protruding areas of the tools arouse curiosity and at the same time reveal functionalities to be discovered, such as the possibilities of individual portioning and the way food can be arranged with the tool. It offers tools that encourage interaction, communication and sharing of food during the meal. ‘TAG’ aims to revitalise the social practice of eating and create a more conscious and mindful relationship with food and its community. It encourages users to be sociable and creative.
