Description
"Sonoflex" is a dual ultrasound transducer that can be used in both mobile and stationary applications. Medical care in structurally weak regions is, among other things, a major challenge for rapid medical diagnosis due to the long distances involved. However, it is of great importance especially for diseases of the internal organs, because the diagnosis of diseases of the internal organs and their prevention is primarily ensured by diagnostic imaging with the help of ultrasound technology. For a conventional ultrasound examination in internal medicine, three types of probes are mainly used: linear, sector, and convex scanners. With the dual ultrasound transducer, these three types are combined in one product. This greatly simplifies and speeds up the diagnostic process, as it is no longer necessary to switch to a different ultrasound transducer type. In the future, it will also be possible to offer automated diagnostics with the dual ultrasound transducer.
