The objective of the project was to develop a soulful seating object with an integrated resting place for the smartphone that promotes relaxation and conscious use. The focus was on the question of how a piece of furniture must be designed to be not only ergonomic and functional, but also to build a personal relationship with the user and help to manage one’s own social media consumption more consciously.
