Description
The reLoopbox is an alternative reusable packaging for the currently dominant one-way system for parcels. It is central to this project to initiate a paradigm shift - with the consistent use of ecologic materials such as corrugated cardboard and paper.
The new combination of well-known packaging elements - cover, sliding box and sleeve - enables a changed gesture of use and thus resource-saving handling. The sleeve takes on a key function by generating the seal, providing marketing space and ensuring the protection of sensitive data. The other components can thus remain neutral and are also protected from damage when opening. Thanks to simple folding gestures, the box can be folded into an extremely space-saving shape in which it can be returned or stored. In this way, raw and packaging materials can be significantly preserved and energy consumption reduced.
