Description
Identity accompanies us throughout our lives and changes with every experience. But how can something so fluid truly be captured? Can people be defined by fixed categories such as name and gender? How could identity systems reflect diversity and change in the future?
Together with the Federal Agency for Disruptive Innovation, we confronted these questions. SPRIND is currently developing Germany’s EUDI Wallet – the digital identity card that represents the next step in the development of modern identification.
Proving Presence explores the future of our identity and its verification based on two speculative scenarios. A multimedia, interactive exhibition stimulates engagement with questions about data protection, law, community, AI, and trust.
Haptic discourse objects invite reflection, and through questionnaires, visitors have the opportunity to contribute their perspectives to the development of the EUDI Wallet.
