Description
PAUSE is primarily about supporting social interaction in public spaces. By creating outdoor furniture the aim was to add value that improves the quality of stay for a broad target group and answer needs many people share. The design reacts to needs associated with spending coffee breaks and meetings in public places and promotes the communicative and social aspect in particular. Observations on the Frauenplan in Weimar served as a base for the design and led to the creation of a modular furnishing system and an exemplary application on site.
