Description

‘NOISE’ is a synthesiser and furnishing object that allows the user to interactively shape the soundscape in the interior according to their own needs. Acoustic noise has the property of masking disturbing ambient noise, such as road traffic. Stimulation with specific frequency spectra can also improve recovery and regeneration processes, sleep quality and the ability to concentrate. Movable interaction objects can be used to arrange, combine and modify different sounds in the room. The reinterpretation of familiar interactions with the product promotes intuitive, playful operation and creates a multi-sensory experience that strengthens the emotional relationship between people and the product.  The product is designed to make people aware of the acoustic environment and encourage them to reflect on their own contribution to the noise of everyday life.
