Description

‘Nedi’ is a piece of furniture designed specifically for adults with ADHD.  Although more than 5% of the world’s population is affected by Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), there is still a lot of stigma and misunderstanding about the condition. ‘Nedi’ has been developed in consultation with people with ADHD and is tailored to their individual needs.

Adults with ADHD often have difficulty concentrating at work and try to compensate for the lack of dopamine in their brains by moving around. ‘Nedi’ counteracts this need for movement by allowing easy changes of position at the workstation itself. In addition, ‘Nedi’ provides opportunities for external stimulation, which increases the base level of stimulation and enables people to maintain their concentration for longer
