Description

Packaging waste from take-away packaging is increasingly becoming a major problem, especially in urban areas. In addition to plastic, polystyrene is still one of the most popular materials for producing disposable packaging. The production of these disposable products is a real waste of resources and causes large CO2 emissions. To avoid these problems, I designed the “Mycelluar” packaging. Agricultural waste products can be used to make CO2 neutral, reusable and multi-purpose packaging based on mushroom mycelium. My packaging approach is 100% biodegradable, compostable, and suitable for different dishes. Versatile and environmentally friendly: Mycelluar.
