LIFT

Description

“LIFT” enables users to adjust rooms and their use in a flexible way by directly controlling the light. Especially in limited space situations, lighting can help to structure areas and visually separate different activities. LIFT supports users inside by helping them to actively adapt living spaces to their own needs through lighting. A vertical “wind-up” movement activates the luminaire and controls the light intensity and colour temperature. Initially, warm atmospheric light is emitted onto the wall via a cut-out on the back. The further the luminaire is extended, like a telescope, the stronger the proportion of cold white daylight becomes, which is then beamed onto the ceiling as a “skylight”.
