“midia” is a modular media education concept for grade 7 and above, designed to fill a structural gap in the field of media education and support young people in developing a self-determined and safe approach to social media.

At its core is an app that can be used flexibly by teachers during lessons. It helps integrate applicable, media-related knowledge into teaching in a thematic and cross-curricular way. Through entertaining, didactically prepared content, an interactive learning space at eye level is created, which directly addresses and makes tangible topics such as self-presentation, opinion-forming, and the attention economy from the everyday reality of young people.

Accompanying didactic material also enables teachers to create space for both independent learning and collective exchange within the class.
