Description

Microaggressions are often casual, not intentionally hurtful comments — but their impact is far from harmless. They wound, exclude, and unconsciously reinforce discriminatory structures. Many people believe they are already sensitised to diversity and discrimination, without recognising subtle forms such as microaggressions. The aim of our campaign was to address this very point: we wanted to make the invisible visible, raise awareness, and promote sensitive language in everyday life. With interactive formats such as microaggression bingo, reels, and carousel posts on Instagram and TikTok, we created a low-threshold approach, sparked discussions, and reached a diverse community. We rely on empowerment, ‘aha’ moments, and an invitation to reflect — for greater awareness in the digital space and beyond.
