Description
Kokomo presents the design of a three-part connector that can join textiles and materials easily, quickly, seamlessly and without additional tools. The choice of materials, variants and combinations is not limited. For example, soft materials (such as textiles) can be combined with hard materials (such as cardboard). Anything can be used as the building material. The design is aimed at children from 6 years (up to 99 years). The aim is for them to be able to independently create different (dis)dressing options and thus have the opportunity to try themselves out, detached from any confection and norm. The playful and experimental approach also shapes their relationship to materials, shapes, constructions and their own body.
