Description

Communication shapes our interpersonal relationships. Appreciative communication can defuse conflicts and promote mutual understanding. Nevertheless, many people find it difficult to clearly perceive and express feelings and needs. This project translates the principles developed by Marshall B. Rosenberg into an accessible visual form.

The result is a workbook and a set of cards that support the exploration of feelings, needs, and interpersonal communication. The materials can be used in educational, therapeutic, as well as private contexts.

Through a clear visual language, humorous illustrations, and interactive elements, materials are created that provide orientation and facilitate dialogue about needs. Complex emotional and social topics are conveyed in an understandable, approachable, and action-oriented manner.
