HOLO Group Dynamic measures the social dynmics of a group based on 'Honest Signals' and gives real-time feedback to participants. The aim is to strengthen the social intelligence of a given group.
The HOLO Badge is based on the Sociometer, developed by Dr. Sandy Pentland and his team at the MIT Human dynamics lab. For the first time it offers insights into formerly unmeasurable interactions and values. The HOLO App shows exactly, which kinds of interactions are helpful for team spirit and efficiency. That way, social intelligence can be trained with the aim to strengthen the cooperative skills sustainably.
Probably everyone knows situations, where they kept their own ideas back, in fear of rejection or ridicule. That's a lot of idea-potential lost. The HOLO Badge could change that and could make psychological safety and social intelligence normal everyday topics to discuss.
