HaNeuFashion

Description

In the project ‘Make it Neu together (MiNt)’, Yang Ni developed the ‘HaNeuFashion’ format in collaboration with KulturBühne Neustadt e.V. and schools in Halle-Neustadt. The aim is to strengthen students’ digital skills through creative workshops. Under the motto ‘Your Story, Your Style, Your Bag’, participants design their own fashion bags. This process fosters creativity and the use of digital tools. The bags symbolise personal expression and bring the project into public space. In addition, workshops using recycled materials raise awareness of sustainability. The ‘MiNt’ project recently received full funding from SmartCity, allowing Passage 13 and schools to set up digital labs and workshops. ‘HaNeuFashion’ is an attempt to apply social design in Halle-Neustadt and to bring about positive change in the community.
