Description

In burnout prevention, it is important for companies as well as for employees to get a realistic assessment of the needs and concerns of the employees, on site as well as in the home office. The mood barometer FLOW helps to point out the topic of burnout in companies in a playful way. Using an app, employees can anonymously vote once a day on how they feel emotionally, physically, meaningfully and mentally. The results are collected and averaged. Centrally visible in the company is an analogue interface with 4 balls in different colours. These each represent one of the 4 dimensions. The average of the values entered via the app is displayed here. In this way, a trend can be measured over time and also selectively and which of the dimensions is responsible for the stress. FLOW helps companies to gain more clarity about the measures to be taken.
