Description

“Compagnon” is a mobile and customisable light that supports the vision and related motor skills of visually impaired people through the targeted use of light colour and illuminance. At the bottom of the lamp is a flexible and bendable loop made of silicone, which allows the lamp to be mounted anywhere and to adapt to the existing conditions in the home. Thanks to the integrated battery, the application of the light can be even more flexible. Compagnon makes it possible to perform everyday tasks and activities that require good visibility and visual control, despite visual impairment. Through the targeted and adapted lighting, Compagnon can replace other aids long-term. The light becomes an everyday companion and supporter of repetitive routines. It provides more independence and self-confidence, and promotes vision.
