Description
From the industrial revolution to the present, we continue to reclaim land and extract resources from our mother nature. Meanwhile, the waste boom and greenhouse gas emissions have not been taken into account for the health of the earth. Therefore, sustainable production methods have been urgently put on the stage. CIRCO is an educational program for the new school garden for regenerative agriculture to simulate a circular economy, especially for our next generation. The students can participate in the course of regenerative agriculture to recycle garbage, nourish the soil and harvest fruits from planting. As positive feedback, they can produce their food by themselves to serve the campus (by offering some to the canteen) or share to the local community to cause public impact. We hope this school garden, an urban farm in the community or a factory of natural resource transformation can raise our awareness of sustainable consumption and influence our society to make a change.
