Description

AGGREGAT follows the idea of a complex product made of pure polyhydroxybutyric acid (PHB). The backpack demonstrates in exemplary form how variable the application possibilities of the bioplastic are. A wide variety of functions and product requirements are realised through specific shape design using polymorphic structures in the mono-material. The design incorporates circularity, especially through the easy reparability of the backpack, which results out of the completely modular construction of the backpack. The modularity also allows the product to be individualised in form, colour and function, which means that the backpack can be adapted to the changing needs of the consumer. The intention is to use the product and the material for as long as possible before returning it to its own material cycle.
