Description
Bacìo is a compact and practical espresso machine designed specifically for travelers who don’t want to compromise on the quality of their espresso while on the go. In contrast to conventional espresso machines, Bacìo is significantly smaller and more compact. Powered by a battery, Bacìo heats the water to 179 degrees Celsius, generating a pressure of 9 bar for optimal espresso extraction. Operating Bacìo is simple: water is pushed from below through the coffee grounds, and the finished espresso is dispensed directly into the cup. The cup features a convenient closure that also serves as a handle. You can detach the cup and take it with you, or use it as a pitcher to pour the espresso. Attached magnetically to the handle of Bacìo are a tamper and a filter to evenly compress the coffee and distribute it in the portafilter. Additionally, the portafilter handle includes a WDT tool for optimal distribution of the coffee grounds. This handle can also be clicked in three different directions.
