Description
The invention of electric light (the first lightbulb for electric lighting was created in 1854) led to an industrial revolution in the early 20th century. Light fulfils not only visual, but also emotional and biological needs of humans. In 1962, the transition from conventional electric light to digital LED technology occurred, leading to rapid social development. In 2002, the third photoreceptor in the human eye was discovered, which has direct effects on the brain, clarifying the importance of colour temperature and light intensity. The concept of Human Centric Lighting (HCL) emerged, with HCL taking on increasing importance during the global pandemic of 2019. The AVIO lighting system accounts for the individual needs of each user and can be adapted to different situations. By integrating IoT technology, AVIO meets the requirements of visual comfort, work quality and high quality of life.
