My thesis title is research of tableware developments and design related to single households, lifestyles and trends.
The background to the choice of topic is the rapidly changing society, so many new lifestyles and the resulting great interest in health. In particular, I decided to research with many newly emerging single households as a target group and to research the consumer tendencies and values of modern people for this purpose. I viewed food and the act of eating itself as a culture, so I conducted my research on the premise that emerging groups, such as single-person households, would have their own food culture.
