Description

ALLE KÜHE DUCKEN SICH (‘ALL COWS DUCK’) is a translation of dreams into patterns and physical objects. Based on the documentation of numerous dreams, a selection was visualised and abstracted. This resulted in a collection of collages that served as the foundation for further material development.
Using various materials such as wax, fabric, and aluminium sheet, three final objects were created: wax figures, transparent curtains with light grey prints, and a small aluminium cabinet with embossing. The process reflects the fragmentation of dreaming, which is expressed through abstraction, fragmented memory, and material choices during realisation. The project explores how the unconscious can be translated into a tangible, physical form.
