Description
Winkelspiel is a standing mirror with a rotating mirror surface that is specially designed for kindergarten children. The design and implementation are adapted to the needs of a day-care centre, and the mirror is easy and handy to set up and stow away again. With two mirror surfaces, children have the opportunity to get to know their own bodies and those of their friends better. One of the two mirror surfaces shows a distorted image, which promotes body awareness and strengthens the children‘s own body image. The handles on the mirror surfaces are intended to enable intuitive play and invite the child to discover and experience its own body independently. The aim of Winkelspiel is thus to bring more diversity and open-mindedness into the child‘s perception of the body.
