WASTED BEAUTY is a visual editorial project that addresses sustainability, consumer criticism and social responsibility in the fashion industry. In striking photo series such as Plastic Couture and Re:NEW Nature, fashion is reimagined using waste, recycled materials and biodesign — as both an artistic and critical expression. The magazine combines photography, editorial design and storytelling into an aesthetic platform that integrates current topics such as diversity, gender equality and feminism.
The question is not only what we wear, but also why, how and at whose expense. WASTED BEAUTY is a call to understand fashion as a medium of change — creative, conscious and bold.
