Waste is just a name!

In an ever-growing society with ever-increasing consumption, resources are becoming more and more scarce. On the other hand, the waste we produce is also increasing. But it can also be thought of as a resource. For this reason, various designers have already developed materials from waste. The attachment to individual projects or designers paralyses the development toward more sustainable design; we need a collective approach. That's why I developed a website where these materials can be sold as semi-finished products. It is important that the items are compostable, biodegradable or recyclable. The point of the website is to create a place of sale, but also of communication. To demonstrate the new aesthetics of the materials, I also reinterpreted three design classics in the garb of the materials of the future. These represent, as ambassadors, a new world of materials and herald the age of a new aesthetic.
