Description

What prevents adolescents and young adults from taking sun protection measures even though they are aware of the harmful effects of UV radiation? The cultural-probes method was modified in the context of the research project and examined from an interdisciplinary health promotion perspective in order to conduct an exploratory study of the attitudes and behaviours of the target group. On the basis of the study, current influencing factors and barriers are discussed and recommendations for future campaign concepts are derived.
