Description

MIDI stands for Musical Instrument Digital Interface. Basically, it is used to transmit musical data between electronic instruments and software controlled devices. The interface usually consists of knobs, buttons, and sliders that can be assigned different functions by software, allowing musicians and producers to create and modify music pieces digitally. My goal was to create an intuitive MIDI controller for live sets which offered more input options using a radically reduced user interface. Another goal was to create a product that would meet the demands of today’s world, like frequent travel. MOUR combines both requirements. It is a very flat, lightweight MIDI controller with an intuitive digital interface.
