Description

Worldwide, around 590 million people are affected by dysphagia (swallowing disorder). Even though the majority of those affected are dependent on inpatient or outpatient care, there are still some people who are in the midst of life despite dysphagia.

One of the greatest challenges for people with dysphagia is that they can only consume food with specific, for example very fine consistencies. A spontaneous visit to a snack bar, restaurant, or bakery is made more difficult as a result. Many have to plan their day in such a way that they eat at home or bring their own food.

With “motte” it is different: With just a few simple steps, a wide variety of dishes can be processed into fine, homogeneous purees on the go thanks to the mixing and straining function. The double-walled stainless steel cup keeps the food warm longer, so that the meals remain at a pleasant temperature even with slow or difficult food intake.
