‘MindCo’ is a platform that supports stroke patients and their families in dealing with post-stroke depression and rehabilitation by strengthening family support and collaboration between patients, relatives, and medical professionals. Through emotional interaction, improved understanding of the illness, and the exchange of medical information, a network is created.

Patients track their recovery progress, gain a better understanding of their condition, and actively participate in rehabilitation. This strengthens their sense of self-efficacy and reduces the risk of post-stroke depression. Relatives are supported in providing emotional care, receiving medical information, and participating in decision-making — enabling them to become reliable supporters.
