LIHA is a selling concept for cultured meat, which aims at creating acceptance through user centered design. Soon cultured meat will be introduced and will lead us into an animal and ecologically friendly way of nutrition. While a smart sales counter opens up new ways of presenting information and product, an app enables preordering, which is supposed to lead to less food waste, since very short production periods allow us to produce only on enquiry. With LIHA the moment of introducing a totally new product, with high expectations, will be handled with care to convince customers without the pressure of society.
