Description

Food occupies us every day – we eat for pleasure or simply to get full. Unfortunately people take less and less time for cooking, which also has a negative impact on the dining experience. Kopā is a multifunctional table concept, which is based on the idea of counteracting this trend and to direct the focus back to eating together and its preparation. Small kitchens often offer too little workspace to cook with several people at the same time. The design creates a new link between the kitchen and the living space by dividing work steps among themselves. It also promotes a new awareness for time together, deceleration and appreciation of food. Kopā is a circular design that does not require composite materials. All materials can be separated by type and recycled.
