The work explores the social dimension of fire and bread. The result is a mobile clay baking oven that aims to strengthen the community-building character of both. A tool to bring people together, to bake and eat together.
It is intended to create a framework for learning about cooking cultures, forming meal communities, promoting an exchange of experiences and passing on knowledge. Through the vehicle, an alternative space for encounters is created by questioning and exploring cooking practices and rituals.
