Description

Stress is a reaction of the body, which long ago ensured the survival of humans during the hunt. In today's society, many people are permanently under stress due to overstimulation and pressure to perform. The resulting constant high blood pressure and breathing that is too shallow, as well as a heart rate that is too high, are symptoms of stress that can make people ill. The lungs are the only organ that a person can control. This function enables it to influence other organs, such as the heart. Instratum, with its three different breathing training tools, aims to counteract the body's stress response in a natural way. In doing so, the expiratory belt supports the lungs with the goal of being able to fully utilize the lung volume and thus ensure deeper breathing. To do this, the nasal expander facilitates medically recommended nasal breathing by dilating the nostrils. While the stethoscope makes the breath audible and thus sensitizes the person to breathe more consciously.
