Description
Drinking glasses dance around, turn on their own axis, never standing straight on a smooth surface. They capture our attention, draw our focus to the drink. A glass that is too full risks overflowing. We learn to appreciate the easily lost content. This creates mindfulness in a playful way while at the same time promoting communication. Bowls pick up this movement and intermingle with the drinking glasses.
The carafe questioning a classic, bottle-like shape and becomes an object of irritation. You tilt it to the side, the transparency of the material lets you see the liquid react to the movement. A new handling is evoked - underlined by chuckling sounds.
The objects are mainly made of recycled glass and have been produced in The Glass Factory in Boda, Sweden.
