Its aim is to develop new uses and applications for the sustainable material eco-softfibre, which produces a non-toxic,circular, soft foam material. The work serves as a test of a profession that concentrates on the development and optimisation of sustainable materials and applications. Through in-depth engagement with the material, the company, and the production process, novel connection possibilities, applications, and usabilities that meet the physical requirements of the material were created in close collaboration with eco-softfibre.The work "Design as a Cross-Sectional Discipline" demonstrates that innovative solutions for sustainable products can be found through close collaboration between designers and material manufacturers.
