Adjusting heat sources correctly in the kitchen with dirty hands is sometimes complicated. Moreover, we cannot see the temperature of cooking utensils and heat sources used in the cooking process in real time due to lack of information. In “Enjoyable kitchen", the user can now control the heat remotely by interacting with the computer-assisted cooking plate through gestures. Hand fanning - that special gesture that humans have always used to interact with fire - becomes the interface for regulating modern heat sources. This intelligent heat source informs the user about the temperature of the kitchen appliances and cooking plates in use in real time through the intensity of light and sound. Colours and sound are based on the familiar patterns of campfires. With the help of sensors and artificial intelligence, we can experience interactions with fire that are rooted in human memory and, by fanning them by hand, recapture their warmth, the light and the sound of the fire in the kitchen.
