Description

Many older people use their rollator in an unergonomical posture. A lack of instruction, incorrect settings, and insufficient adjustment often lead to poor posture in everyday life. At the same time, the rollator is frequently perceived as a purely medical aid.

MOVEA replaces the principle of subsequent height adjustment with a modular system made of differently dimensioned components. Users are measured at the medical supply store and receive a rollator whose components are combined to match their body proportions. This creates an ergonomically tailored solution for upright and safe use.

The concept is complemented by a circular approach: components can be replaced, tested, and reused. This extends utilization cycles and promotes a more sustainable supply. A clear design language detaches the rollator from its medical context and turns it into a natural companion in everyday life.
